Alexis J. Meraz
Licensed to practice law in Mexico, Ms. Meraz serves as an attorney in our firm’s Mexican corporate and real estate transactions practices. She also assists Mr. Maldonado as a US paralegal in cross-border litigation matters in California. She has acquired extensive experience in federal transportation regulatory matters while working at our predecessor firm, Maldonado & Markham, LLP.
Ms. Meraz earned a Licenciatura en Derecho (LLB) degree from the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC), to which she has since returned as an adjunct professor teaching a course on Legal English to law school students. She also earned a Paralegal Certificate from Southwestern College in California.
